Step 1: Make the Chicken Filling
- Heat oil in a skillet and incorporate ginger garlic paste.
- Introduce shredded chicken along with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and cumin powder.
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the flavors meld together. Allow to cool.
Step 2: Make the Dough
- In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Slowly add water to form a soft dough.
- Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
- Flatten two medium-sized balls of dough.
- On one flatbread, layer the chicken mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place the second flatbread over it and seal the edges.
- Cook on a tawa with ghee until both sides are golden brown.
