  • Ingredients You’ll Need:

    • 2 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed)

    • 1 fresh carrot (grated)

    • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage

    • ½ cup diced capsicum (bell pepper)

    • ¼ cup chopped green onions

    • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)

    • ½ tsp black pepper powder

    • ½ tsp red chili flakes

    • ½ tsp salt (adjust as needed)

    • ½ tsp chaat masala

    • 1 tbsp cornflour

    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)

    • Bread crumbs (as needed for coating)

    • Cooking oil (for deep frying)


    👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions:

    1. Start with the base: Take a large mixing bowl and add the mashed potatoes. Throw in the grated carrot, chopped cabbage, capsicum, and green onions. Give them a gentle mix.

    2. Spice it up: Now add in the green chilies, black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, chaat masala, cornflour, and all-purpose flour. Mix everything until you get a soft, uniform dough.

    3. Shape with care: From this mixture, shape small finger-like sticks using your hands. Try to keep them even for consistent cooking.

    4. Coat and chill: Roll each veggie finger in breadcrumbs until fully covered. Place them in the fridge for around 20 minutes—this helps them hold their shape while frying.

    5. Time to fry: Heat up oil in a frying pan. Once hot, carefully drop in the fingers and fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown and deliciously crispy.

    6. Serve it right: Dish them out on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with ketchup, garlic mayo, or mint chutney. Yum!

⭐ Ingredients – اجزاء

For Cooking Pasta:


  • Pasta – 2 cups
  • Water – as needed
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

For Marinating Chicken:


  • Boneless chicken (cut into small cubes) – 250g
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp

For Pasta Sauce:


  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Onion (finely chopped) – 1
  • Tomato ketchup – 4 tablespoons
  • Chili garlic sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Capsicum (julienned) – 1
  • Tomato (chopped) – 1
  • Boiled pasta – 2 cups
  • Cooked chicken – as prepared
  • Oregano – ½ teaspoon
  • Chili flakes – ½ teaspoon
  • Cheese (optional) – ½ cup grated


🥘 Instructions – ترکیب

  • Step 1: Boil Pasta
Boil the pasta in salted water with 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook until it reaches an al dente texture, then drain and set it aside.

  • Step 2: Marinate & Cook Chicken
Marinate the chicken with spices and sauces for 15 minutes. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the chicken until it is tender and slightly golden. Set it aside.

  • Step 3: Prepare Sauce & Assemble
In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes soft. Add the tomato, ketchup, and chili garlic sauce, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Incorporate the capsicum, cooked chicken, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally, add the boiled pasta and toss all the ingredients together.
Add cheese on top if you wish and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes with the lid covered.
