Ingredients:
- 1 cup apples, diced
- 1 cup bananas, sliced
- 1 cup guava, diced
- 1 cup oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup papaya, diced
- 1/2 cup melon, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Fruits:
- Wash and peel all the fruits as necessary. Dice or slice them into bite-sized pieces. Make sure to remove any seeds or pits from the fruits like guava and grapes.
