Pakistani Pasta (Asian recipe) 






⭐ Ingredients – اجزاء

For Cooking Pasta:


  • Pasta – 2 cups
  • Water – as needed
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

For Marinating Chicken:


  • Boneless chicken (cut into small cubes) – 250g
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp

For Pasta Sauce:


  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Onion (finely chopped) – 1
  • Tomato ketchup – 4 tablespoons
  • Chili garlic sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Capsicum (julienned) – 1
  • Tomato (chopped) – 1
  • Boiled pasta – 2 cups
  • Cooked chicken – as prepared
  • Oregano – ½ teaspoon
  • Chili flakes – ½ teaspoon
  • Cheese (optional) – ½ cup grated


🥘 Instructions – ترکیب

  • Step 1: Boil Pasta
Boil the pasta in salted water with 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook until it reaches an al dente texture, then drain and set it aside.

  • Step 2: Marinate & Cook Chicken
Marinate the chicken with spices and sauces for 15 minutes. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the chicken until it is tender and slightly golden. Set it aside.

  • Step 3: Prepare Sauce & Assemble
In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes soft. Add the tomato, ketchup, and chili garlic sauce, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Incorporate the capsicum, cooked chicken, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally, add the boiled pasta and toss all the ingredients together.
Add cheese on top if you wish and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes with the lid covered.

Avoid overcooking the pasta; maintain a slight firmness.


Incorporate fresh vegetables for enhanced flavor and texture.

Modify the spice level to suit your taste.

For a creamier dish, mix in 2 tablespoons of cream at the end.
