🔶Introduction:
🧾 Ingredients:
- Almonds (Badam) – 1 cup (soaked and peeled)
- Milk – 1 liter (full cream, chilled)
- Sugar – ½ to ¾ cup (to taste)
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Kewra water – 1 tsp (optional, for fragrance)
- Ice cubes – as needed
- Pistachios and almonds (sliced) – for garnish.
🍳 Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the almonds. Soak the almonds in water overnight. In the morning, peel off their skins and place them in a blender. Add a little milk and blend thoroughly until you achieve a smooth paste.
Step 2: Prepare the Sharbat In a large blender, combine: Almond paste, Remaining milk, Sugar, Cardamom powder, Kewra water (if using), and Ice cubes. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
Step 3: Serving
Strain the beverage through a fine muslin cloth or sieve (optional, if you prefer no residue).
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with sliced pistachios and almonds on top.
Serve immediately for a refreshing and invigorating experience!
