     For the Chicken;

  • - 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)  
  • - 2 tbsp cornflour  
  • - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour  
  • - 1 egg  
  • - ½ tsp salt  
  • - ½ tsp black pepper  
  • - ½ tsp garlic paste  
  • - Oil (for frying)

  • - 2 tbsp oil  
  • - 1 tbsp garlic (minced)  
  • - ½ cup onion (chopped)  
  • - ½ cup capsicum (chopped)  
  • - 2 tbsp soy sauce  
  • - 1 tbsp vinegar  
  • - 2 tbsp ketchup  
  • - 1 tbsp chili sauce  
  • - 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for color)  
  • - 1 tsp red chili flakes  
  • - ½ tsp salt (to taste)  
  • - ½ tsp black pepper  
  • - ½ tsp sugar  
  • - 1 cup chicken stock or water  
  • - 1 tbsp cornflour (dissolved in 3 tbsp water).

Step 1: Marinate & Fry the Chicken;

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes with cornflour, all-purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper, and garlic paste, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
