The Rainbow Veggie Cheese Sandwich! Bursting with flavors and essential nutrients, this sandwich is an excellent way to incorporate vegetables into your child's meals effortlessly.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of multigrain or white bread,
- 1/4 cup of grated carrots,
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red cabbage,
- 1/4 cup of boiled sweet corn,
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped bell peppers (red green, yellow),
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese or grated mozzarella,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- butter for toasting.
Instructions:
