Ingredients List:
- 1 cup shredded boiled chicken
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 medium boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (for coating)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs (for coating)
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, blend shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, cheese, green chilies, coriander, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and soy sauce until a dough-like consistency is achieved. Form small balls by hand. Dust each ball with all-purpose flour, then immerse in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes to solidify.
