Chicken Cheese Balls Recipe – Crispy & Cheesy Pakistani Snack😋

If you're looking for a mouthwatering Pakistani snack that's perfect for tea time or as a party starter, these Chicken Cheese Balls are just what you need. With a crispy golden crust and a cheesy chicken-filled center, they’re irresistible for both kids and adults!

Ingredients List:


- 1 cup shredded boiled chicken 

- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 

- 2 medium boiled and mashed potatoes 

- 2 chopped green chilies 

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 

- ½ teaspoon black pepper 

- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 

- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes 

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce 

- ½ cup all-purpose flour (for coating) 

- 1 beaten egg 

- 1 cup bread crumbs (for coating) 

- Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, blend shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, cheese, green chilies, coriander, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and soy sauce until a dough-like consistency is achieved. Form small balls by hand. Dust each ball with all-purpose flour, then immerse in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes to solidify. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the balls over medium heat until they are golden and crispy.

Serve warm accompanied by ketchup or garlic mayonnaise!

💡 Tips:

  • You can freeze uncooked balls for up to 2 weeks.

  • Add mozzarella cheese for extra cheesiness.
